Technical notes

:

Merlot grapes were harvested by hand at 22.5°B.  The grapes were hand-sorted and crushed.  The must had skin contact for a few hours before it was pressed.  The grape juice settled in a tank and the next day the clear juice started its cold fermentation.  After fermentation the wine was stabilized, filtered, carbonated and bottled.

Description

:

Delicate rose petals with hints of strawberry on the nose.
Salmon pink in colour with a long, lingering aftertaste. Enjoy solo or with any meal fit for celebration. Enjoy within the next 3 years.
